As the Table Games Assistant Manager, you help oversee the daily operation of the casino floor by supporting team supervision, guest service resolution, and operational efficiency. In this role, you assist the Casino and Table Games Manager-or act in their absence-to ensure smooth, consistent execution of table games operations. You take the lead in resolving escalated guest and player concerns, coordinate with other departments to meet service objectives, and model the professionalism and customer-first mindset expected from all team members.
