We are seeking a skilled Captive Insurance Accounting leader for a full-time on-site role located in Minden, NV. In this position, you will oversee the financial management of captive insurance entities, prepare and analyze financial statements, manage journal entries and fixed asset accounts, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. You will also collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and accurate reporting.

• Strong proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements
• Excellent Analytical Skills and attention to detail for assessing financial data
• Experience with Journal Entries and Fixed Assets in an accounting context
• Solid understanding of Finance principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, with advanced Excel skills
• Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
• Previous experience in captive insurance or related financial management roles is advantageous
