** Whitney Oaks Care Center is seeking a
** Compassionate and Motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
** to join our therapy team on a
** per diem
** basis. This is a great opportunity for a COTA looking for flexible hours while making a meaningful impact on residents’ lives.
** Position Highlights:
*** Per diem position
* Approximately
** 15–20 hours per week
*** Competitive pay: **$45–$50/hour
*** Supportive interdisciplinary team

** Responsibilities:
*** Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans as directed by the Occupational Therapist
* Provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents
* Document treatments and resident progress accurately and timely
* Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams to support resident goals
* Promote safety, independence, and quality of life for residents
** Requirements:
*** Current
** California COTA license
** in good standing
* Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Reliable, professional, and compassionate approach to care
