Company Description

Fremont Therapy Group is a physical therapist owned outpatient private practice with six locations in Wyoming:
Riverton, Lander, Green River, Rock Springs, Rawlins, and Saratoga. Clinic directors in each location are vested owners. The practice focuses on helping patients achieve great outcomes with individualized care and an optimal caseload of 12 patients per day.

Physical Therapist

Compensation

Competitive base salary of $82,000 – $87,000 + DOE. Sign‑on bonus of $10,000. Tuition reimbursement of $5,000 per year for three years. Additional benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision, paid time off, and more.

Commitments to You
  • Optimal caseload of 12–13 patients per 9‑hour day.
  • Family‑friendly work environment with flexible scheduling: M‑Th 9‑hour day, Friday half day.
  • Sign‑on bonus of $6,000 (2‑year commitment) to $10,000 (3‑year commitment).
  • Tuition reimbursement $5,000 per year for 3 years.

Responsibilities

Provide high‑quality, individualized care to patients, achieving optimal therapeutic alliance and outcomes. Work within an optimal caseload and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team that includes orthopedic, sports medicine, hand therapy, aquatic therapy, manual therapy, pelvic health, geriatric, pain neuroscience, IASTM, and dry needling specialists.

Qualifications
  • Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current state of Wyoming license or eligibility.
  • Orthopedic, exercise, manual‑based skills, and sports rehabilitation experience.
  • Outgoing and energetic team player.
