Caregiver | PCA | Home Care Aide

Work Location: Dayton, NV Schedule: All Shifts Available

Salary: $18.00 per hour, weekly pay, direct deposit

Job Title: Personal Care Aide / Caregiver

The Person al Care Aide / Caregiver provides essential support and personal care to seniors to enable them to live safely in their homes. The role involves daily living assistance, medication reminders, safe environment maintenance, companionship, and transportation.

• Provide personal care and support for seniors to live safely at home
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range‑of‑motion exercises
• Provide medication reminders, document client condition, and notify supervisors of concerns
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a healthcare role
• Valid NV driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Clear background check, drug screen, and TB/physical exam
• Compassionate and helping nature, good communication skills, and ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
