• Valid occupational therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
• Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Current CPR certification

In Nevada, the standard base pay range for a full‑time role is $80,000–$115,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part‑time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro‑rated.
