Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements applicable 24/7 dedicated support team at VHS What You ll Do Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on review of records and clinical interviews Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, medical staff, social workers, and security personnel to coordinate care Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans for inmates Perform regular rounds in confinement areas to evaluate inmate adjustment and mental health needs Provide mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and behavioral assessments Address inmate crises with appropriate mental health interventions Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, treatments, and progress What You Need

Required:

Valid license or board eligibility as a Psychologist BLS certification (completed or pending) to meet facility compliance Social Security card for facility clearance Ability to perform all required functions at a professional pace Preferred:
Prior experience working in correctional or institutional settings Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams About the Assignment This position involves providing essential mental health services within a secure environment at a leading facility in City, State.
