Provide occupational therapy services to clients in their homes under the Plan of Care established by the Occupational Therapist;
Work under supervision of Director of Nurses and licensed Occupational Therapist;
Adhere to state licensing requirements and be a licensed COTA;
Possess dependable transportation to travel to patient homes;
Drive in all weather conditions
