Dependable, hands‑on Facilities Maintenance Technician to assist with repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance. Work includes general construction, painting, drywall repair, basic electrical, plumbing, and seasonal tasks like snow removal.

• Ability to stand, kneel, bend, and climb for extended periods

• Comfortable shoveling snow for long periods
• Valid driver’s license
• Team‑oriented and able to assist with ongoing projects
• Construction experience preferred but training is available for motivated candidates

Provide direct and indirect patient care in the office/clinic setting. Provide care that meets the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care; meet the communication needs of patient and family. Communicate professionally with scheduling and admitting teams. Provide care that reflects initiative and responsibility indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a registered nurse and/or physician. Maintain regulatory requirements, nursing and office/clinic policies, procedures and standards.

Communicate with physicians and team members about patient’s clinical condition, including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Provide excellent service, as demonstrated by combining professional excellence with outstanding personal service and customer care.

• Successful completion of a Medical Assistant Program. If candidate does not have MA certification, we will provide training.
• Current BCLS certification preferred.
• Pass Background Check, pass Drug Test, and pass Physical.

Come join our team of 2 Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapist in our community in rural Nevada at Summit Therapy. We provide outpatient and inpatient therapy at William Bee Ririe Hospital – a 25 bed Critical Access Hospital in Ely, NV.

We have a modern 2400 square foot gym and adjacent therapy pool where we provide therapy to a variety of patients from 3 months old to over 100 years old. We have a 90% outpatient to 10% inpatient mix and treat orthopedics, sports medicine, neuro, pediatrics, vertigo, and wound care.

We pride ourselves in providing direct services to our patients and do not employ therapy aides. All of our clinicals are also Clinical Instructors and we occasionally have doctoral students on staff. Nevada PT or PTA license or eligibility is required.

Using proper radiation protection and precautions, prepares and operates radiographic, fluoroscopic, and portable equipment. Positions patients to obtain appropriate radiographic exposures. Maintains computerized records, files, and/or reports. Participates in quality control and quality assurance studies. Assists the supervising radiologist with administrative functions. Performs other duties as required.

• Graduate from an accredited school of radiology, CT experience preferred.
• Nevada license or ability to obtain Nevada license.
• Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills, computer skills to effectively utilize electronic Medical Record.
• Incumbents must be able to work stand‑by and call‑back duty and respond to a call within 30 minutes.
