Experience:

At least 2 years of mental health experience, preferably in correctional setting Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $120.00 per hour Pay Package:

Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Competitive pay packages Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws 24/7 dedicated team supporting your success What You'll Do Conduct psychological evaluations, screenings, and assessments for inmates Develop and modify individualized treatment plans based on evaluations Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, medical staff, and social workers Perform regular rounds in housing units and confinement areas to monitor inmate mental health Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health support as needed Ensure compliance with all facility policies and legal requirements Maintain accurate documentation of clinical interactions and treatment plans What You Need Current licensure as a Psychologist in Nevada (board eligibility acceptable) Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in correctional or institutional settings Proficiency in psychological assessment and counseling techniques Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to adhere to strict confidentiality and ethical standards Preferred:
