Location: Austin
MPOWERHealth in Austin, TX seeks a Surgical First Assistant contractor to support operative teams in a fast-paced OR environment. You will be the surgeon’s right hand, providing intraoperative assistance and ensuring sterility and patient safety.
Responsibilities include pre-op case confirmation, patient communication, PACU handoffs, and contributing to process improvements. Must have OR experience and credentials (PA/NP/CSFA/LSA/CSA) and completion of an Accredited Surgical Assist program.
