Flex & Move Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in the scenic Pahrump, Nevada. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment focused on providing high-quality rehabilitation services. Our Pahrump facility is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and staffed by a team of licensed and board-certified professionals recognized by the American Physical Therapy Association. The work environment at Flex & Move Therapy is collaborative and patient-centered. Located in the vibrant community of Pahrump, Nevada, our rehabilitation facility offers a welcoming atmosphere where both therapists and patients work closely together. In addition to our team of physical therapists, you will collaborate with occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care. Our regular operating hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to accurately assess physical conditions and functional mobility.
• Create customized treatment plans that align with each patient's specific rehabilitation goals and needs.
• Utilize hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities—such as heat, ice, and electrical stimulation—for pain management and mobility enhancement.
• Support patient education initiatives, teaching individuals how to maintain proper body mechanics and prevent future injuries.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on evolving conditions and outcomes.
• Collaborate effectively with physicians, nurses, and specialists to ensure a cohesive approach to each patient's care.
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records, documenting treatment progress and outcomes in line with state regulations.

Our patients encompass a diverse range of conditions, including severe back and neck pain, joint pain from osteoarthritis, sports-related injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and issues related to balance and mobility. • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution (Master's preferred).
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Nevada.
• Board certification through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting, with an emphasis on diverse treatment approaches.
• Proficient in advanced physical therapy techniques and modalities that support effective rehabilitation.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop comprehensive care plans based on patient evaluations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients, their families, and the larger healthcare team.

While a minimum of one year of experience is required, candidates with additional experience in specialized areas such as post-operative rehabilitation, geriatric care, or sports therapy will be especially valued. Familiarity with relevant electronic health record (EHR) systems and multihand therapeutic modalities can strengthen your application.
