Position Overview

Medcor is hiring an EMT or Paramedic on an as‑needed (PRN) basis to serve as an Onsite Health Technician at our construction‑site clinic in Yerington, NV. Hours are Monday‑Saturday 7 am‑5 pm, though days and hours may adjust based on client needs. Qualified candidates may receive per‑diem compensation.

• Participate in daily operations at Medcor’s on‑site clinic.
• Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s client and employees.
• Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor’s Evidence‑Based Medicine protocols, known as the Medcor Care Protocols (MCPs).
• Build and maintain internal team relationships.
• Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts.
• Perform pre‑employment and post‑offer screenings.
• Document care using state‑of‑the‑art EMR and other tools.
• Perform Physical Assessment Testing (PATs).
• Manage cases.
• Chart medically.
• Maintain OSHA records.

• Must possess current CPR/BLS certification.
• Must be physically capable of lifting a 50 lb emergency‑response bag.

• Comfortable working in a construction environment.
• Proficient with computers and familiar with EMR software.
• Experience in emergency medicine or critical care.
