We are looking for someone who:

• Moves fast without losing accuracy

  details matter-medically and legally
• Can shift seamlessly between patient care, procedures, and front office coordination

You will be a key player in both clinical care and clinic operations
, supporting providers, patients, and procedures from start to finish.

• Bring patients into rooms and prepare them for visits
• Take vitals, history, and reason for visit with accuracy and speed
• Perform injections, UDS, and routine clinical testing
• Maintain clean, compliant, and fully documented patient charts
• Assist providers during examinations and urgent needs
• Ensure OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards are always followed

• Prepare patients for procedures and complete structured intake
• Start and manage IV access using sterile technique
• Monitor patients during procedures and recovery
• Work closely with physicians and anesthesiology teams in real time
• Assist with discharge, IV removal, and patient instructions
• Make pre-procedure reminder calls and post-procedure follow-ups
