Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated support team What You ll Do Conduct psychological screenings and assessments based on inmate records and clinical interviews Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, nurses, and social workers Develop, implement, and modify individual treatment plans tailored to inmate needs Perform regular rounds in segregation and housing units to evaluate inmate mental health status Provide crisis intervention, counseling, and mental health evaluations Address behavioral escalations through appropriate interventions Ensure documentation and compliance with facility standards What You Need Active Psychologist license or board eligibility in Nevada Prior experience in mental health or correctional settings preferred Strong knowledge of psychological assessment and counseling techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills About the Assignment This opportunity is with a leading facility in Pahrump, Nevada, dedicated to providing quality mental health services within the correctional system.
