We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer / Healthcare Administrator to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple healthcare locations throughout the Las Vegas Valley. This role oversees daily operations, staffing,compliance, financial performance, provider operations, quality, and patient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead operations across multiple healthcare locations and departments
- Oversee ambulatory surgery center and clinic operations
- Manage staffing, HR,managers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Oversee provider operations,credentialing, and compliance
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency
- Ensure regulatory compliance, licensing, accreditation, and risk management
- Drive quality improvement,performance metrics, and patient experience
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational processes
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Management, or related field
- Significant healthcare operations/administrative leadership experience
- Multi-location ormulti-department management experience
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
- Proven leadership of managers and multidisciplinary teams
- Experience with budgeting,staffing, performance management, and process improvement
- Strong communication,organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with EHR and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Master's degree (MHA, MBA,MPH, or related)
- Previous COO, Administrator,Executive Director, or Regional Administrator experience
- Medical practice and/or ambulatory surgery center experience
- Experience with regulatory surveys, accreditation, licensing, and corrective action plans
- Provider credentialing/payer enrollment experience
- Knowledge of Medicare,Medicaid, and commercial payers
- Revenue cycle and healthcarefinancial operations experience
