Aramark - Up to $25.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Supervises Guest Services Support Staff in providing 24/7 coverage;
Coordinates registration functions and transportation for all guests;
Trains Front Desk/Concierge personnel using Aramark and client training programs;
Oversees front desk and concierge tasks to ensure world-class service (check-in/check-out, Lobby Ambassador Program, guest orientation, telephone service PBX);
Communicates closely with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
