Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, lounge chairs, walkways, cabanas, and surrounding areas;
Enforce all pool rules and safety policies to ensure a secure environment for guests of all ages;
Issue clean towels to guests and ensure towel stations remain fully stocked and neatly arranged;
Assist guests with general inquiries, seating, and poolside support;
Report any unsafe conditions, maintenance issues, or guest concerns to leadership promptly
