Clean all stoves, ovens, grills, broilers, braziers, woks, deep fryers, steam tables, and refrigerators, warmers, reach-in coolers, and stainless steel hood areas;
Clean dishes and breakdown dish machine;
Clean stoves and ovens thoroughly on a daily basis;
Clean grills, broilers and braziers on a daily basis;
Drain and clean deep fryers and refill with fry oil as requested by the Room Chef
