Golden Nugget - - - Responsibilities:
Clean stoves, ovens, grills, broilers, braziers, and woks daily.;
Clean dishes and breakdown dish machine.;
Empty grease traps on stove lines daily and dispose properly.;
Clean and polish all stainless steel hood areas daily.;
Inform Lead Steward of needed supplies and assist with housekeeping duties.
