Our Room Attendants are responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest comfort in all guest rooms and suites. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the resort’s reputation for exceptional service and providing a welcoming, refreshing environment for every guest. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, efficient, and able to work independently while maintaining strong communication with the housekeeping leadership team.

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms, including making beds, replacing linens, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities
• Maintain all areas to Hyatt’s cleanliness and presentation standards
• Restock carts and housekeeping supplies as needed
• Respond to guest requests promptly, courteously, and professionally
• Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns
• Follow all safety, sanitation, chemical handling, and equipment procedures
• Ensure lost and found items are properly logged and delivered to the appropriate team
• Support colleagues and maintain a positive, collaborative department culture
• Perform deep‑cleaning tasks and additional assignments as directed
• Uphold confidentiality and security of all guest information

• Previous housekeeping or related hospitality experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, push, and pull for extended periods
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to high service standards
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions in English
