Overview
Marketing Coordinator
It is the responsibility of the Casino Marketing Coordinator to follow and carry out the requests of the Casino Host/Player Development Executive to create a memorable trip for our casino guests.
Responsibilities- Process hotel, limo, show, cabana, golf, restaurant, amenity, etc reservations
- Update and send daily Limo, Room Food Beverage/Room Food Limited, & VIP reports
- Post outside show charges onto guests folios
- Assist Casino Host/ Player Development Executive via email and phone throughout the day with various requests for casino guests
- Interact with various departments Box office, VIP, Room Service, etc.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Availability to work varied shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and stressful environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications required
- Minimum age requirement is 21.
