Harrah's Laughlin is looking for an energetic, service‑driven Hotel Valet Cashier who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. How You Will Create the ExtraordinaryWhat You'll Do
- Provide outstanding guest service by greeting guests, answering questions, and ensuring smooth valet operations.
- Process valet transactions accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies.
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and validations with precision and professionalism.
- Communicate with valet attendants to coordinate vehicle retrieval and maintain timely service.
- Resolve guest concerns with courtesy, confidence, and a solutions‑focused mindset.
- Uphold Caesars Entertainment's Family Style Service standards, creating memorable moments for every guest.
- Maintain a clean, organized cashier station and support overall valet operations as needed.
What We're Looking For
- A friendly, upbeat personality with a passion for hospitality.
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Basic math and cash‑handling accuracy.
- Previous cashier or guest‑service experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying weather conditions.
