As a Guest Services Host, you'll be one of the first and last interactions our guests have on property-offering a warm welcome, genuine farewell, and thoughtful assistance throughout their stay.

This guest-facing role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with people, staying active, and creating a seamless experience for travelers. You'll assist with luggage handling, transportation coordination, and sharing resort or local knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

* Greet guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and departure

* Assist guests with luggage handling and storage

* Provide directions, resort information, and local recommendations

* Coordinate transportation and assist with valet and shuttle services when needed

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bell stand, lobby, and guest entry areas

* Collaborate with the Front Office, Valet, and Concierge teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
