Position Overview

A Day in the Life of a Guest Room Attendant- Front‑line team member delivering positive experiences to guests, arriving energized and ready to work with uniform, training, tools, and supplies. Works efficiently with minimal physical effort, offering friendly, engaging service.
- Reports room discrepancies and maintenance problems to the supervisor.
- Replaces room amenities, literature and other items as directed by supervisor and prescribed by brand standards.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. and provide proof of eligibility.
- Age 21 or older.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
- Able to work with cleaning tools and chemicals while following safety and hygiene standards.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
- Positions subject to background and employment verification.
- Customer Service:
Respond promptly to customer needs, requests for service and assistance; handle special requests from guests. - Safety and Security:
Observe safety and security procedures; report unsafe conditions; use chemicals and equipment properly; wear gloves while cleaning guest rooms; responsible for assigned keys and key control policies. - Dependability:
Be consistently on time; attend scheduled meetings and appointments; meet industry demands, including holidays and weekends.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Six months of housekeeping experience is a plus.
