Landry's - - Responsibilities:
Develop and coordinate programs to attract high-limit players and host such guests to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat visits;
Monitor high-limit guest programs and knowledge of customer betting habits, credit status, and participation levels to manage programs for maximum profit and appropriate costs;
Host high-limit guests and coordinate their needs within program guidelines to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits;
Coordinate guest rooms, meals and show reservations, and assist guests with questions and special requests;
Attend special events and participate in telemarketing efforts to invite customers to events and visits
