Location: Incline Village
Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa and Casino is seeking a Guest Services Host to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and coordinate transportation to ensure a memorable stay.
You will engage with guests, provide local knowledge, and collaborate with hotel teams to maintain a seamless experience—including a two‑overnight shift rotation that benefits from tipping. Prior guest services or hotel exposure is preferred.
