The Human Resources Manager will partner with leadership teams, guide HR initiatives, and support organizational effectiveness for a manufacturing operation.
- Provide HR advice and consult with leadership to set short‑term strategic direction and operating plans for a small to medium complex market/manufacturing operation.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Participate as a member of the Plant Leadership Team.
- Build rapport with all organization levels and establish trust and credibility with the plant population.
- Provide guidance and influence to plant leadership, direct reports and employees, including problem solving, performance management, forecasting, short‑ and long‑range planning, conflict resolution, and employee relations.
- Lead Human Capital Planning (HCP): partner with division and functional leaders and HR business partners to develop and implement key HCP initiatives at the division and business group levels, including succession management and talent career mapping/advancement.
- Lead the facilitation of high‑level management team reviews (MTRs) and counsel plant operating committee members in performance management processes.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start).
- Six (6) years of HR experience in private, public, government or military environments.
Desired:
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
- Prior employee relations experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
- SPHR or PHR certification.
- Experience in manufacturing HR practices.
- Proven track record of delivering strong results, strong business acumen, and ability to work in a challenging environment.
On‑site work required in Nevada, MO.
Travel: up to 10% domestic.
Relocation may be authorized.

Compensation and BenefitsThe expected compensation range for this position is $164,612 – $201,193, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay if eligible.
