To welcome employees, applicants and callers in a warm professional manner. Assists in recruiting suitable applicants and initiates paperwork for prospective employment activities.

• Maintains safety and cleanliness of the work station and surrounding areas
• Interacts in a courteous and professional manner with all staff, applicants and employees
• Creating Job Posting in ICIMS for open positions helps managers with interested applicants to move forward through the hiring process.
• Drug Testing Referrals
• Work Card Referrals
• Background Checks
• Process and enter new hire packets obtains required signatures
• input employment data into Oracle
• assembles personnel file
• Processes Employment Verifications
• Keeps Essential Functions are up to date
• Maintains Job Postings for Bulletin Board
• Conducts new hire orientation
• Maintains Employee Bulletin Boards
• Assists with employee events and activities
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.

• Minimum of one year receptionist/customer service experience
• Basic computer experience
• Ability to handle busy peak periods
• Excellent internal and external customer relations for each item.
• Must be open for constant interruptions and ability to set priorities
• Exuberance and passion for people a must
• Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain a positive and fun workplace
• GED / High School Diploma
• Must be able to speak and understand English.
