As a Solutions Architect, you'll drive the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions that align with our mission of revolutionizing energy efficiency and indoor air quality. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration and functionality across our rapidly growing global presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable, efficient, and secure technical solutions that align with business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and develop technology roadmaps
• Serve as the primary technical liaison between business and development teams
• Lead development of detailed solution designs, including architecture diagrams and documentation
• Oversee solution implementation to ensure project success
• Evaluate and recommend software tools to enhance system capabilities
• Facilitate clear technical communication across diverse stakeholder groups
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards
• Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's degree a plus)
• 3+ years of hands-on work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft C#, C++, and other relevant programming languages
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
• Strong background in software development and architecture design
