Location: Silver City
Job Description
We currently have a Printer Support project available for Compu Com Fuji printers in NY. This is a dispatch-based opportunity, meaning there is no fixed schedule. You will receive work orders as they come in and can accept jobs based on your availability.
Scope of Work- Printer installation and setup
- Break/fix support for Fujitsu/Compu Com printers
- Troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues
- Printer part replacements (rollers, trays, fusers, etc.)
- Preventive maintenance and cleaning
- Network printer configuration (basic IP setup/connectivity)
- Support for print quality issues and error codes
- Documentation and closure of service tickets
The pay rate depends on the complexity of the issue. You will have the opportunity to negotiate rates directly with the dispatcher before accepting a work order.
Requirements- Completion of a short online training
- Availability and responsiveness when dispatch calls come in
- Basic toolkit for printer and IT support tasks
