Job Description

As a Master Data Analyst you will be part of our dynamic rapidly growing client. This role is instrumental in supporting efficient manufacturing processes, innovative product development, and ensuring alignment with physical processes and Bills of Materials (BOMs). You will be responsible for managing data integrity, implementing process improvements, aligning MES and ERP, governing data, and reporting and analysis. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in data management, governance, and analysis within a manufacturing environment.

Experience: Senior Level
Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 per year

Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain master data, including creation, updates, and deletion.
  • Provide quality assurance of imported data, working with quality assurance analysts if necessary.
  • Commission and decommission of data sets.
  • Process confidential data and information according to guidelines.
  • Support the company's data users on day to day issues.
  • Work closely with the business/IT to ensure alignment of master data rules and the operations of the application meet all requirements.
  • Assist in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure functional master data integrity across the operation of financial systems is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements.
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies.
  • Ensure data is distributed to relevant stakeholders within the company.
  • Support the design, documentation, and maintenance of application and process models.
  • Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes.
  • Set up and maintain automated data processes.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement external services and tools to support data validation and cleansing.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, governance, and analysis within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and master data management principles.
  • Hands‑on experience with Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routers.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of data governance practices, business and technology issues related to management of enterprise information assets and approaches related to data protection.
  • Knowledge of data related government regulatory requirements and emerging trends and issues.
  • Proficient in data management and integrity, process improvement, MES and ERP alignment, data governance, and reporting and analysis.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
