The IT Coordinator is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and assistance with daily IT operations at the hotel. This entry-level role is ideal for a candidate looking to gain experience in IT systems, networking, and hospitality technology while supporting a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Provide front-line technical support for colleagues, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
• Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Support daily operations of the hotel’s Local Area Network (LAN) and Wi-Fi systems.
• Participate in IT projects, such as software rollouts, system migrations, or upgrades.
• Document IT support requests, issues, and resolutions to ensure proper tracking.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to understand and resolve technology-related needs.
• Ensure adherence to Hyatt’s IT security policies and protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an IT, Computer Science, or related program preferred.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking concepts, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn new systems.
