Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated Junior Maximo Functional Consultant to support our enterprise asset management initiatives. This role involves validating user-reported issues, recommending system and process best practices, leading ticket/request discussions, and conducting system testing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to develop their functional and technical knowledge of IBM Maximo.
Key Responsibilities- Recommend Best Practices / System Approach
- Validate Ticket Concerns
- Lead Ticket/Request Discussions
- Perform Testing Activities
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support or functional consulting (Maximo experience is a plus).
- Understanding of IBM Maximo modules (Assets, Work Orders, Inventory, etc.) is preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with IT support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Service Now, Jira).
