Process Maintenance Lead - Frontline Supervisor

Job Description

Process Maintenance Supervisor – Phoenix operation at Nevada Gold Mines. Responsible for managing, coaching, and leading a maintenance team to ensure safe and efficient completion of maintenance plans.

• Direct supervision and support of a crew of maintenance technicians
• Provide training and coaching for technicians
• Engage the process maintenance crew to ensure safe, efficient completion of the maintenance plan
• Establish and refine maintenance strategies in consultation with the production team
• Ensure predictive maintenance and other routine activities are completed to deliver desired equipment performance
• Develop a safe and productive crew
• Ensure documentation is completed accurately
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Proven safety record and ability to support work group attainment of safety, environmental, equipment protection, and production goals
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working in a maintenance function
• Supervisory or lead‑person experience preferred
• Technical training in maintenance or mechanics, diploma(s)/certificates or degree preferred
• Understanding role contribution to overall output and business objectives
• Ability to pace own work and work unsupervised with ability to adjust priorities
• Effective and professional communication in all media forms, including clear information delivery to employees and contractors
• Demonstrated ability to perform essential functions of the position
