• Responsible for quality delivery and oversight of treatment, educational, vocational, and student health and welfare services in accordance with Rite of Passage policies, procedures, and all applicable federal, state, and local rules, regulations, licensing, practices, and laws.
• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, including budgeting, financial stewardship, administration, program elements, promotions and marketing, and staff development and training.
• Develop, implement, manage, and modify the Rite of Passage program.
• Ensure safe, clean, and well‑maintained program facilities.
• Oversee clinical services, education, vocation, and health and welfare programs.
• Serve as chairperson for the site management meetings.
• Maintain open communication with student athletes.
• Oversee delivery of the daily Rite of Passage program.
• Oversee medical and food services and their administration.
• Ensure safety, health, and welfare of staff and students.

• BA/BS in a related field (master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of four years of experience in residential facility management.
• Empathetic, patient, and treats others with respect.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical exam, and TB test.
• BA/BS in Criminal Justice or a related field.
• Four years of residential facility management experience.
