Realty Project Coach

As a Realty Project Coach, you join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US to own the delivery of store and club remodels, new store openings and special projects across the US. You will lead projects to be completed on time, within budget, and with high quality standards.

• Deliver store and club remodels, new stores, clubs, and special projects nationwide.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly associates and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track.
• Handle any escalations and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Travel to project sites across the US (up to 1000mi) and spend approximately 80% of the time away from home, with stays of 17–21days when required.
• Work primary overnight shifts averaging 10–12hrs.
• Supervise, develop, mentor and provide recognition to associates, ensuring diversity and inclusion.

• Minimum:
  Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations or data analysis; OR 3years of similar experience.
• Preferred:
  Master’s degree in business; 1year experience leading cross‑functional teams;
  Project Management Professional certification.
• Experience in construction remodels, project management, space management or store design.
• Experience leading people, cross‑functional teams and projects.
• Experience working night shifts of 10–12hrs.
• Prepared to travel up to 1000mi and be away from home for short periods of 17–21days.

• Base salary between $60,000 and $110,000 per annum.
