Equipment Share is hiring a Service Manager for our Carlin, NV rental facility. You will lead a team of Heavy Equipment Maintenance Technicians, oversee work orders, and ensure high-quality service. The role focuses on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction while utilizing our tech platform.
Competitive salary range ($75,000–$105,000 per year) with Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule and full benefits. Experience leading maintenance teams in construction or rental is preferred.
