Manage the operation of the Facilities Engineering and Garage Fleet departments to ensure optimum property appearances and reliable building systems;
Assist in managing all aspects of the facility areas’ departments for the Tahoe properties and direct management of facilities support staff;
Oversee logistics and procurement programs for the department to ensure necessary components are available;
Oversee large capital projects and property modernization initiatives by liaising between Facilities Director and General Contractors/Consultants;
Manage data collected and analyzed through the integrated CMMS for inventory, productivity, work orders, and records
