We are seeking a safety‑driven and mechanically inclined Process Operator to support crushing, conveying, and ADR plant operations at our Nevada surface gold mine. This position plays a key role in maintaining safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant production processes. • Operate and monitor crushing and conveying systems
• Safely operate a CAT 988 class loader to feed the crushing circuit
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and hazard identification
• Assist maintenance teams during scheduled crusher down days
• Monitor conveyor belt tracking, tail‑pulley and head‑pulley operations
• Perform cleanup around the crusher using skid steer or manual tools
• Support ADR plant functions including:
  • Carbon advancement
  • Carbon acid wash
  • Carbon stripping
  • Chemical titrations
• Maintain production and maintenance reports
• Communicate effectively using radio systems

• 2–3 years of crusher, loader, or process operations experience preferred
• Experience in carbon adsorption (ADR) plants preferred
• Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet production goals
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Ability to work rotating 12-hour shifts (days/nights)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid clean Driver’s License required
• MSHA training (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work outdoors in mining conditions
