Responsibilities- Perform daily production operations while following all applicable safety, quality and manufacturing procedures; complete work in a timely manner while maintaining excellent standards.
- Operate multiple machines simultaneously.
- Communicate daily with Engineering teams, planners, Sales and Management to allow closed‑loop communication of assembly and scheduling issues.
- Inspect purchased parts, components and equipment.
- Work effectively in a multi‑team environment; communicate with sales, planning, engineering and management teams regarding assembly and scheduling issues.
- Have High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution.
- Be available to work swing shift – Monday through Friday 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm and overtime and weekends as needed.
- Have a minimum of 6 months of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, customer service, clerical, technical, and / or mechanical roles.
- Have a good mechanical aptitude and knowledge of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
- Be willing to learn and follow internal Health, Safety and Environmental policies to ensure compliance.
- Have the ability to operate material moving equipment and/or obtain the necessary certification.
- Work with small parts and read fine print.
- Have ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Have ability to read and interpret routine instructions.
- Work with approved chemicals.
- Lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.
- Be able to pass basic solder training.

This position requires valid work authorization in the country of employment. The employer is unable to sponsor work authorization for this role at any time.
