Spring Mountain Motor Resort and Country Club is now the longest racetrack in North America and second-longest in the world at over 9-miles across its 933 acres. It is much more than a racetrack, it is the ultimate driver’s paradise, where anyone can enjoy the wonder of motorsports just outside the neon of Las Vegas. Job Description
  • The Content Creator will support efforts relating to social media posting and monitoring under strict guidelines. The Content Creator is responsible for creating engaging, relevant, and high-quality photo and video content for our social media accounts and advertising.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborates with Marketing Director and/or other project participants to design and execute social media postings, assist with customer engagement, analyze social media performance, and document Marketing events.
  • Conceptualize, film, and edit engaging videos for social media that align with the company’s brands and target audience.
  • Shoot photography that captures the facility and its offerings in different styles varying from candid coverage to editorial and ad-focused.
  • Brainstorm and research ideas for original content that align with current trends and music that are relative to our brands.
  • Develop a good understanding of our driving programs, membership, and partnering brands to accurately create content that aligns with company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor the performance of your content, using insights to refine and optimize future strategies. This includes creating and following a regular posting schedule based on our target market’s activity trends.
  • Foster a positive community around our company’s and partner’s brands by engaging with followers through comments and user generated content prompts.
  • Assist with photo/video content shoots.
  • Upload class photos every other day from photographers to Flickr.
  • Once a month, create a social calendar for facility guests.
  • Assist with loading/unloading boxes and other materials as needed.
  • Occasional assistance with facility events as a photographer, runner, shuttle, etc.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes. Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities
  • Experience creating engaging video content with an iPhone 14 Pro (paired with Cap Cut, iMovie, or other similar programs according to your performance).
  • Portfolio showcasing videography and editing skills highly recommended.
  • Basic photography skills and knowledge of canon 90D setting and features (or similar DSLR).
  • Very good understanding of social media platforms (specifically Facebook and Instagram, Meta Business Suite also preferred).
  • Strong Creative vision and ability to independently deliver high quality content.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills including proper grammar and sentence structure.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills with consistent ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to follow instructions and accept constructive criticism.
  • Ability to maintain a professional look and demeanor while working in a country club or VIP setting.
