Responsibilities- Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients in a Med Surg unit.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and document in the EPIC charting system.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), NIHSS.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort, especially when floating to the PCU for MSU assignments.
