GHR Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a role in Lander, Wyoming.
Travel Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) – 13‑week assignment in Lander, WY (82520). 12‑hour nights; join a collaborative hospital team.

April 6, 2026 - End Date:
July 5, 2026 - Shift: 12‑hour nights (19:00–07:00) — Night Shift Travel RN opportunity
- Hours per Week: 36
- On‑Site Position:
Must be available to work on‑site - Estimated Weekly Salary: $1910–$2010
- Active Wyoming RN license or multi‑state compact RN (attach license to resume)
- Minimum 2 years recent Med/Surg RN experience in a hospital/acute care setting
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications (American Heart Association required)
- Experience with pediatric/adolescent patients is a plus (facility does not have a dedicated pediatrics unit)
- Willingness to float between Lander and Riverton campuses as needed
- Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and time‑management skills
- Provide direct, individualized nursing care to diverse adult and occasional pediatric patients, including pre‑ and post‑surgical patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare team members
- Administer and document medications and treatments; monitor patients for adverse reactions and initiate corrective actions
- Perform nursing procedures including IV starts, catheter insertion, dressing changes, and assist physicians during examinations and treatments
- Monitor and adjust specialized equipment and interpret electronic displays; document in the electronic health record (EHR) accurately and timely
- Provide patient and family education on surgical procedures, post‑treatment care, and discharge/home care planning
- Respond to life‑saving situations and support unit‑level emergency protocols
- Participate in discharge planning and coordinate safe transitions of care
- Perform other related duties as assigned by nursing leadership
