Responsibilities
Assumes shift responsibility for planning and providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients, families, and care partners. Coordinates and leads multidisciplinary team members to achieve safe, optimal health outcomes, supporting the facility's vision, mission, and goals. Provides professional leadership and oversight to nursing staff, ensuring patient-centered care and demonstrating Service Excellence standards at all times.

Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited nursing school; BSN required.
- Minimum of one-year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care specialty nursing; supervisory experience preferred.
- Proficient in cardiovascular physical assessment, 12-lead EKG interpretation, and cardiac arrhythmias; stress testing experience is a plus.
- Current RN license in the state, BLS certification, and required specialty training (ACLS, PALS, NRP).
- Ability to pass pre-employment assessments.
- Leadership in clinical practice and team coordination.
- Patient-centered care focus.
- Technical proficiency in cardiovascular assessments and procedures.
- Support and guide nursing staff to deliver high-quality care.
