Job Summary

Reporting to site leadership, the outdoor utility tech is responsible for delivery of outdoor supplies, trash removal, and various other utility maintenance responsibilities.

6:00AM - 2:00PM | 2:00PM - 10:00PM

$15.00

Maintain outdoor areas of property, parking lots, pool areas, stairwells, cobweb removal, washing trash cans, trash bins, and removal of other debris.

• Perform various utility maintenance tasks, including external leaf blowing and maintenance cleaning functions
• Other duties as may be assigned

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some climbing and balancing; frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling; and significant fine finger dexterity. The job typically requires 10% sitting, 40% walking, and 50% standing. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations while exposed to the elements and some hazardous conditions.

Job requires employee who is able to lift 50 pounds or more.
