• Grounds and maintenance work for Kings River School, part‑time 2 hours a day, 5 days a week.
• Water, cultivate, weed, mow and edge lawns; rake leaves and remove trash; sweep sidewalks.
• Install, repair and maintain sprinkler systems, including athletic field systems.
• Trim shrubs, trees and flowers; remove diseased, damaged and unwanted trees and shrubs.
• Clean asphalt areas and play fields; prepare and clean area for sports events.
• Mix and spray pesticides on fence lines and areas as necessary; fertilize flowers, plant trees and lawns.
• Perform scheduled maintenance; remove graffiti as necessary.
• Install landscaping and plants varying types and sizes.
• Operate truck, tractors, aerators, power sweeper, mower, and hand tools as needed.
• Remove snow and ice as necessary or as directed.
• Knowledge of plumbing, minor electrical work, HVAC and more on the maintenance side.
