The role offers a 4 × 10‑hour schedule, providing three full days off each week and a true work‑life balance while allowing you to shape culture and lead medicine.

• Establish and uphold medical standards, protocols, and clinical excellence
• Mentor, and develop a brand‑new veterinary team

• Competitive salary: $150,000 – $200,000 (DOE, negotiable) plus production
