Quality Control Operator
Summary- Perform visual and dimensional inspections on products from all production processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product dimensions.
- Identify and report defects, deviations, or inconsistencies in materials and products across all processes.
- Conduct physical and chemical tests on materials and products as required by quality standards.
- Document and analyze test results for all production processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Report non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis to address quality issues.
- Additional training in quality control or manufacturing is a plus.
- Previous experience in quality control roles within production processes preferred.
- Physical ability to handle materials during inspections and stand for extended periods.
- Capable to work in 12-hour shifts.
