Location: Lovelock
Infinity Management & Investments, LLC is seeking a Property Manager for a 21-unit LIHTC property in Deer Lodge, MT. This part-time role (15 hours per week) involves overseeing daily operations, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and budgets.
The Manager will handle rents, vendor communications, lease files, inspections, and resident relations while supporting the Asset Manager in budgeting and reporting. Availability evenings and weekends may be required.
